Last week at the Dubai Duty Free Irish Open, fans on site at Lahinch Golf Club were offered the opportunity to go on a behind-the-scenes VIP tour of our TV compound.
However, in a case of ‘mistaken identity’, they would suddenly find themselves ‘on air’ with our commentators, Dougie Donnelly and former Ryder Cup Captain Sam Torrance.
In a specially constructed fake commentary box with hidden cameras covering their every move, how would they react?
Would they falter under the bright lights of ‘live’ television or could we just uncover a future star of golf broadcasting?
